Serve One Another

Whether it’s welcoming guests, helping with worship, teaching, or working behind the scenes, every role is important in building up the body of Christ. No matter your gifts or experience, there’s a place for you to serve and be a blessing to others. We’d love to help you find a ministry where you can use your talents and passion for God’s glory.

  • Whether you enjoy singing, playing an instrument, or working behind the scenes, being part of our worship team is a great way to use your talents to serve the church and have fun while doing it.

  • Prayer is an essential part of the Christian life, allowing us to connect with God, acknowledge our dependence on Him, and align our hearts with His will. By praying during services, supporting prayer teams, or lifting up requests throughout the week, your prayers play a powerful role in strengthening and encouraging our church family!

  • Hospitality is a powerful way to show God’s love, and when you serve in this team, you’re helping create a welcoming space where people can feel at home and experience His kindness. Whether you’re greeting guests, serving coffee, or helping create a warm atmosphere at church or in home gatherings, there’s a spot for you.

  • If you’re tech-savvy or eager to learn, the sound and media team is a great place to serve. Running sound, managing visuals, or assisting with livestreaming, your engagement helps our church worship the Lord together.

  • If you have a heart for kids, the children’s ministry is a wonderful place to make a difference! Teaching, leading activities, or offering a warm smile all help create a safe, fun and welcoming space where children can learn about Jesus.

    Our church provides an engaging, biblical curriculum to help children grow in their faith in a meaningful way, and we offer ongoing training and support to equip every volunteer with the tools and confidence needed to serve effectively.

Serving the London Area

We are committed to serving and loving those beyond our church walls. Our desire is to meet people’s physical needs as well as their spiritual needs through serving and sharing the gospel with all people, making a lasting impact near and far.

  • The H.E.L.P. House strives to support those at risk by providing essential services, empowering individuals toward independence, and sharing love and compassion during difficult times. Additionally, H.E.L.P. House collaborates with other social service agencies to enhance their efforts in meeting community needs.

  • As a faith-based, life-affirming center, Lifepointe supports families by providing infant and toddler supplies, parenting education, and referral services. Staffed entirely by volunteers, Lifepointe relies on donations of baby essentials and financial support from generous individuals, businesses, and churches.

The International Mission Board equips and supports missionaries to share the gospel, make disciples, and plant churches in places where Jesus is not yet known.

London Baptist Church supports the International Mission Board through a portion of our tithes and participating in the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
